On 01.08.2025, the Court directed respondent no.3-Corporation to file affidavits regarding recruitment of qualified linemen, safety gear, and training of outsourced personnel, to place compensation details and the Magisterial Inquiry Report on record, and ordered interim release of Rs. 4 lakhs to the families of the victims. Respondent no.3-Corporation shall file an affidavit stating how many qualified linemen have been recruited in the last two decades and the other recruitments made in the last ten years.; An affidavit shall be filed stating who has given safety gear to the outsourced employees, proof of supply of the safety gear, and the competence and training given to the outsourced personnel to handle shutdown work.; The affidavits shall be filed by the next date of hearing.; The matter is listed on 18.08.2025.; Respondent no.3 shall place on record the compensation disbursed to the families of victims who died on account of electrocution.; A copy of the Magisterial Inquiry Report shall be placed before the Court.; As an interim measure, respondent no.3 shall release a sum of Rupees Four Lakhs to the families of the victims.
