About the Trust

The National Public Service Trust is a public-interest institution registered under registration number 212/IV/2026. Contributions received are applied towards the Trust's public-interest, constitutional, legal-aid and welfare objectives.

Voluntary contributions

All contributions made through this website are entirely voluntary. A contribution does not create any commercial, membership or contractual entitlement, nor does it entitle the contributor to any goods, services or influence over the work of the Trust.

Payments

Online payments are collected through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate and complete information while making a payment. The Trust is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information supplied by you, or from any failure, interruption or error of the payment gateway or your bank.

Use of the website

Case summaries, orders and documents published on this portal are provided for institutional and public information only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use any content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, emblems and documents prepared by the Trust, is the property of the Trust unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Trust's registered location.
