The National Public Service Trust ("the Trust", "we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this portal or makes a contribution to us. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form and donation flow — such as your name, email address, telephone number and the amount you choose to contribute. Payment card and banking details are collected and processed entirely by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay Software Private Limited) and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

Information is used solely to respond to enquiries, process and acknowledge contributions, issue receipts, and comply with statutory and audit requirements. We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.

Payment security

All online payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. The Trust does not have access to your full card number, CVV or banking credentials.
