- 02Direct a State-wide, time-bound verification of Freedom Fighter Dependent Certificates issued and/or utilized for obtaining Government employment, public recruitment/reservation benefits and medical/educational admissions, by cross-verification with original Freedom Fighter, genealogical, revenue and issuance records.
- 03Direct that where investigation or verification establishes fraud or illegality, responsibility be fixed on all persons actually found involved and appropriate criminal, departmental, cancellation and recovery proceedings be initiated in accordance with law and due process.
